Is your destination country not a party to the Hague Apostille Convention?

If the country you’re sending documents to isn’t a Hague Convention member, an apostille won’t be accepted.

Your documents need embassy attestation in addition to the apostille service.

No — for straightforward apostille orders, the price you see is the price you pay. The FCDO fee and VAT are both included in our prices.

The only additional cost is return delivery, which you select at checkout. For more complex cases — such as business and embassy attestation for certain countries, or documents requiring multiple stages of legalisation — we’ll confirm the full cost before you commit to anything.

No. The FCDO fee is always included in our total price. So is VAT. There are no government surcharges added at checkout.

No. We check every document before submission and maintain an up-to-date database of FCDO-registered signatories to minimise the risk of rejection — which is why our rejection rate is below 1%.

In the rare event of a rejection, we resubmit at no extra cost. That’s included in what you’ve already paid.

Yes. If we are unable to process your apostille before submission for any reason, we’ll refund your order in full.

Once documents have been submitted to the FCDO or an embassy, refunds cannot be issued as third-party costs have already been incurred.
