Our Postal Address – 83 Victoria Street – is only used for posting your documents.
No in-person appointments are available at this address.
Attending in person (dropping off and collecting) is managed at our second location. When you place an order, we will arrange for an appointment and send you the full address for you to attend. Our other address is only 4 minutes from 83 Victoria Street.
How long does the service take?
Most documents are completed in 1 or 2 working days. However, for clarity we aim to complete and despatch all orders within 4 working days. Where this is not possible we will try to contact you with advice.
How do you handle my information?

Can I pay upon receipt of my order?
We operate a pre-payment basis unless otherwise agreed. For regular clients we are happy to discuss a deal without pre-payment. Business customers welcome.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time, however, if we have started your order and we already paid fees to 3rd party providers, then your order is not refundable. Refund policy.
Are you the Legalisation Office?
No. The UK government’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is the only legalisation office in the UK.
