Collect from our Westminster office free of charge, or choose a courier at checkout. We recommend DHL next working day for UK addresses.
Return options: collection (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday); DHL UK next working day, tracked and signed for with a one-hour window; DHL international; London same-day bike courier; Royal Mail Special Delivery; or your own pre-paid envelope.
We dispatch completed documents the same working day they are ready and paid for. Delivery times are the carrier’s estimates. Once your documents are with a courier, delays, loss or damage in transit are the carrier’s responsibility, not ours. If you choose Royal Mail and something goes wrong, we claim on your behalf and pass on any compensation in full, but we cannot guarantee the outcome.
Sending documents to us: use a tracked service, include your order reference, and keep the tracking number. Or bring them in person; no appointment needed.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because nobody was in to sign, the carrier’s return charge is passed on at cost and re-sending is charged at full price.
