Both prices include the FCDO apostille fee, our handling fee, VAT and a scan of the apostille page.

Allow an estimated 5–7 working days from receipt of payment, documents and any required verification, until your documents are ready for collection or dispatch.

Collection is free. Delivery costs and transit time are additional. Notarisation and embassy legalisation are charged separately where required.

Prices are fixed per document, with no multi-document discounts.

What documents do you need to send?

The required documents depend on whether solicitor certification is required.

£77 — without solicitor certification

For documents such as original UK birth, marriage and death certificates, or court documents bearing a wet-ink court seal.

Documents already certified by a suitable UK solicitor or notary may also qualify. We can check the certification before you send them.

£92 — with solicitor certification

For documents such as degree certificates, diplomas, academic transcripts, passport copies and downloaded Companies House documents that need certification before apostille.

We’ll confirm whether we need your original or can use a copy, and explain any verification required.

For me it was very much worth the extra cost.  I will always use this service in future.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had to get a letter apostilled and delivered to a UK address whilst being in South Africa.
