You can complete your order with just four things to hand:

Your document — or just its details. You don’t need to post anything before ordering; tell us what the document is, and we’ll confirm everything else.
The destination country — where the document will be used. This decides the exact process, so if you’re unsure, check with whoever asked for the document.
Your contact details — we’ll use these to keep you updated at every stage.
A payment card — you’ll see your full price before you pay, with no hidden fees.

If you’re sending your document as a PDF, we’ll need to verify it with the issuing authority — the order form explains exactly what’s needed when you choose that option.

If your document needs certification before it can be legalised, you don’t need to arrange anything — we can have it certified by an FCDO-registered solicitor or notary as part of your order.

If your document needs translation, we can arrange a certified translation alongside the legalisation, so everything arrives ready to use.

How ordering works

The whole order happens on one page, and your price builds live as you go — every choice you make is added to your quote on screen, so there are no surprises at the end.

Choose the destination country.
Where the document is going decides the exact legalisation process. Select the country and the form adjusts automatically — you’ll see the correct route and pricing for that destination, whether it needs an apostille or full embassy attestation.

Add your documents.
Select each document type and quantity, and tell us whether you have the original or a PDF. If anything needs certifying or translating first, tick the option, and we’ll arrange it — nothing for you to organise. Not sure what your document is? Upload it for a free review and our team will reply by email, with no payment taken.

Pick your service.
Choose the speed that suits you, from next-day to standard. If your document is eligible, our e-Apostille service delivers a digital apostille with nothing to post.

Tell us how you’ll send and receive your documents.
Add your contact details, choose how you’ll get your documents to us — post, drop-off at our London office, or email for PDFs — and how you’d like them returned.

What happens after you pay

The moment your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number, your invoice, and a personal tracking link.

Your tracking page shows every stage of your order as it happens, so you always know exactly where your documents are — no need to call and check.

What happens next depends on your service:

Paper apostille. Post your original documents to our Westminster office via tracked delivery — your confirmation email includes the address and simple sending instructions. The moment they arrive, we confirm receipt and get to work.

e-Apostille. Nothing to post. We handle everything digitally, and your e-Apostille is delivered by email as soon as it’s issued.

Embassy attestation. Send us your documents as above, and we take care of the full pathway — certification, FCDO apostille, then attestation at the embassy — keeping you updated by email at every key stage.

Whatever the route, if we need anything further from you, we’ll contact you promptly — there’s nothing you need to chase.
