We do accept invoices and purchase orders but do not accept cheques.

I’ve used the wrong credit card for my order – can I change the payment method?
Once your order has been placed on our website, we cannot alter your payment method. You need to cancel your order as soon as possible (before we start processing it). You can then place a new order using the payment method you prefer.
Why has my payment been refused?
Please contact your card issuer for details on why your card was declined.
My credit card is not working. What do I do?
If our system is not accepting your credit card, please ensure that you’ve entered the appropriate:
- The expiration date for the card. Has the card been renewed recently?
- Post or Zipcode for the card. Has your billing address changed?
- CVV for the card.
- If the payment is failing before the payment provider verification screen, clearing your cookies will usually solve the issue
If the card still does not work, we recommend enquiring further with your bank or contacting us with the exact error message you are seeing using our contact form.
I don’t recognise a transaction from London Apostille Services Ltd
Firstly, please contact your payment provider to make them aware. Then, contact us. We’ll take some details from you to prevent further transactions.
Please note we’ll never ask for your full card details, just enough to identify the payment in our systems and block it from further use.
Note: We do not store credit card details on our website.
All payments are processed with the respective card processing banks, like PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay & QuickBooks.
