Yes, we scan all documents that have been apostilled and send the scans to our customers as proof that the apostille service has been completed.

This is part of our standard service.

Multi-stage legalisation scanning:

If your order requires multiple legalisation steps (e.g., solicitor certification, notarisation, apostille, attestation, or authentication by organisations like the London Chamber of Commerce or the Arab British Chamber of Commerce), we will scan the documents after each completed stage. This keeps you updated on the progress of your order.

What we scan:

  • Standard scan: As a standard procedure, we scan the front of the document and the page(s) containing the apostille certificate and/or any attestation stamps.
  • We do not automatically scan every page of multi-page documents.

Requesting full scans:

If you require a complete scan of all pages (e.g., for translation purposes or online application submission), you must request this before we complete the service.

  • Online applications: If you submit your application online and need each page scanned to create a complete PDF, please inform us in advance.
  • Additional charges: If your request requires us to scan more than 10 pages, the scanning service will cost extra. We will inform you of this charge when you make your request.

Important note:

Once the service is completed and your documents have been prepared for shipping, we can no longer rescan them.

If you require a full scan but didn’t request it beforehand, you must scan the entire document yourself upon receipt.

In summary, we provide scans as proof of service completion and to keep you updated on multi-stage orders.

Please make your request in advance for full document scans. There is an additional charge for scanning more than 10 pages.

We’re committed to providing a transparent and efficient service.

If you have any questions about our scanning procedures, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
