As the holiday season approaches, the Legalisation Office in Milton Keynes and London (and, by extension, us) will be feeling the festive cheer and operating with reduced hours after Friday, December 22nd, 2023, until Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024. (We’ll be swapping legal documents for holiday shopping lists and spreadsheets for eggnog recipes.)
Apostille services, holiday hours, and operations:
The last day we will accept orders for standard apostille certificates in our office is Friday, 22nd December 2023.
Note that our office will be closed from Monday, 25th December, to Tuesday, 2nd January 2024.
However, documents can be collected and delivered (Drop Off & Collection Service ONLY) on the 27th, 28th & 29th December from reception on the first floor between 10 AM and 1:00 PM.
Drop off and collections explained:
Our office will take a well-deserved break to indulge in eggnog and questionable holiday sweaters from Monday, December 25th to January 2nd, 2024.
However, the building reception staff will be on-site Wednesday 27th, Thursday 28th and Friday 29th, from 10 AM to 1 PM.
This means that documents can only be delivered and collected on those days and times. No orders can be placed in person.
SAME DAY SERVICE (last days before the service closes for good!)
Thursday 14th December – 09:00 – 10:30.
Friday 22nd December – 08:30 – 10:00.
Tuesday 2nd January – Premium Service Legalisation Office closed permanently.
Notarisation services
Our notary closes his office on Friday, 22nd December 2023, and will reopen Tuesday, 2nd 2024.
Embassy services
Almost all embassies in London close for several days during the holiday season. Embassy attestation usually takes 5-7 working days, so please check with our office when the last submissions are accepted.
