Wednesday 23 December is the last day we can submit documents to the FCDO before Christmas. We are closed on 25 and 28 December and on 1 January. Normal service resumes on Monday 4 January.

Our notary office is closed from Friday 25th to Monday 4th January 2027. 

Embassy services

Almost all embassies in London close for several days during the holiday season.  Please check with our office when the last submissions are accepted.

Collection ONLY! (no submissions) This means the FCDO allows collection of documents submitted the day before for apostille service, but does not accept submissions on this day.
