- Refund or resubmission guarantee: In the unlikely event that the FCDO cannot issue an apostille for your document*, we will either:
- Provide a full refund of our service fees (excluding any postage or disbursement fees)
- Resubmit your document for free after resolving any issues.
- Resolution guarantee: If your document is rejected by the FCDO or a foreign authority, we guarantee to work with you and the relevant authorities to find a solution. We will not abandon you until the matter is resolved.
- Rejection by foreign authority guarantee: If a foreign authority rejects your document, we will work to resolve the issue. All that we ask is for feedback from the relevant authority to help us understand the reason for the rejection.
What’s Not Guaranteed:
- FCDO/Embassy processing times: While we always strive for the fastest possible turnaround, we cannot guarantee specific processing times for the FCDO, embassies, or consulates. These times can be affected by factors outside our control, such as their workload, unforeseen closures, or document-specific verification requirements.
- Third-party acceptance: We cannot guarantee that a third party will accept your document. We will always work with you to find a solution, but it is your responsibility to confirm the specific requirements of the organisation or individual receiving your document.
- Incorrect documents: Our guarantee applies only when you have submitted the correct document to us for processing.
Important notes:
- For an apostille to be issued, original documents signed/stamped/sealed by UK public officials must have the official’s signature or seal registered on the FCDO database.
- We will always inform you of potential delays and offer expedited service options when available.
