 Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (preferred): This is our most efficient and preferred payment option.
  • Credit and debit cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including:

    • Visa Electron (outside the US only)

  • Online payment services:
    • PayPal
    • Stripe / Card payments
  • In-person payments: If you visit our office, we accept:

Important notes about payment:

  • American Express shipping restriction: If you pay with American Express, your order can only be shipped to the cardholder’s address.
  • Other currencies: We currently only accept payments in GBP (British Pounds).
  • Changing payment method after order: We cannot change the payment method after placing an order. You must cancel the original order (before processing begins) and place a new order using your preferred payment method.
  • Security: We do not store any credit card details on our website. All payments are processed securely through reputable payment providers like PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and QuickBooks.

 

Other payment-related questions:

  • Invoices and purchase orders: We accept invoices and purchase orders, but we do not accept cheques.
  • Payment refusal: If your payment is refused, please contact your card issuer for details. Common reasons include an incorrect expiry date, postcode/zip code, or CVV. Clearing your browser’s cookies may resolve the issue if the payment fails before reaching the provider’s verification screen.
  • Unrecognised transaction: If you see an unrecognised transaction from London Apostille Services Ltd on your statement, please get in touch with your payment provider immediately and then contact us. We will take steps to prevent further transactions and investigate the matter. We will never ask for your full card details; we only need enough information to identify the payment in our systems.
