  • Identification required: To ensure security, the person collecting the documents must provide your full name (or the name the apostille service was booked under) and the order or invoice number.

Secure postal service (UK): We use trusted and reliable postal services like DHL or Royal Mail to deliver your documents within the UK.

  • Delivery confirmation: These services provide proof of delivery and allow you to track the progress of your documents.
  • Cost-effective: This is a cost-effective option for secure delivery within the UK.

Royal Mail options (UK): For added security and tracking within the UK, you can choose between:

  • Royal Mail special delivery: This guaranteed next-day service offers enhanced tracking and signature on delivery.
  • Royal Mail Signed for: This option provides proof of delivery with a signature upon receipt. While this service aims to deliver on the next working day, it is not guaranteed.

UK next working day courier (DHL): We offer DHL’s next working day courier service for faster delivery within the UK.

  • Speedy delivery: This option ensures your documents arrive the next working day.
  • Reliable service: DHL is a trusted courier known for its efficient and secure delivery network.

Pre-paid envelope: You can provide us with a pre-paid, self-addressed envelope from your preferred courier or postal service.

  • Ensure sufficient postage: Please ensure the envelope has sufficient postage and tracking (if desired) for your documents.

London bike courier: For urgent, same-day service within London, we can arrange for a bike courier to deliver your documents.

  • Limited area: This service is only available within the London area.

International return deliveries: We use the DHL courier service for most international deliveries. Upon request, we can also send documents via Royal Mail or Airmail.

  • Royal Mail/Airmail: This can be a more economical option for less urgent deliveries, but depending on the destination, tracking may be limited.
