Responsibilities:.

  • Advising clients on the legalisation requirements for their specific documents and destination countries.
  • Preparing and submitting legalisation applications to the appropriate authorities.
  • Liaising with embassies, consulates, and other government agencies on behalf of clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking the progress of legalisation applications.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the legalisation process.

Qualifications:.

  • Ideally, you have experience working in a legalisation consultancy or similar role.

  • Understanding legalisation procedures is an advantage, but not required.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, both orally and in writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar tools.
