The 3-4-working-day apostille service is our most popular. It allows time to certify documents if required and is very competitively priced.

Document collection & processing:

  • Notification: We’ll notify you by call or email once your documents are ready for collection.
  • Collection time: Pick up at our office around 3:30 PM.

Our comprehensive service includes:

  2. Legal assistance: We visit solicitors or notaries as needed.
  3. FCDO processing: We handle in-person processing at the Foreign Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) in Milton Keynes.

Here’s our process:

  1. Choose your service

Choose your service and complete the order form – or send us an email.

  1. Send your documents to our central London address.

Please print your order form and send it with your UK documents. As soon as we receive your documents, our experienced staff will check them, and if there are any queries – we will contact you by phone or email to discuss the requirements.

  1. We will get the apostille certificate

We will then go to the legalisation office or UK foreign commonwealth office in person and have your documents apostilled.

We will also collect your documents and ship them to your address. Your documents are returned by your preferred return delivery method as soon as we collect them from the legalisation office.

After placing an order, we send you an email confirming the details of your order. In addition, you will receive further instructions on what to do and expect next.

We will reach out to you via email or phone if we need more information after reviewing your order.

If everything is in order – we take care of the rest.

  • The original documents which you wish to have apostilled
  • OR a copy that has already been certified by a UK solicitor/notary public
  • Payment – you must make payment before we can process your order. You can pay online – or if you received a quotation via email – make payment as requested following the instructions provided in your quotation
  • A prepaid envelope if you are not using our DHL service or not collecting

Several factors decide the cost of an apostille or document legalisation – so prices vary.

For example:

  • The cost depends on personal documents or business documents.
  • The cost will depend on how many documents you have
  • Charges will be determined if documents need a solicitor or notary public.
  • The cost will be influenced by what service you choose, like same-day service or standard service.
  • Costs are subject to each Embassy as they have their fees
  • FCDO costs are based on standard or premium services

Note, that all scanned photocopies must be certified by a UK solicitor before an apostille can be applied.

Yes. You can apostille documents for someone else, and we can return the apostilled documents to them directly if you want – anywhere in the world.

All they have to do is send us the instructions in writing and the documents. We assess the documents and confirm if the documents can be apostilled in the UK.

Unfortunately, there are certain documents that must always be original. The FCDO cannot legalise photocopies – even if a copy has been signed by a notary public or solicitor.

Examples of documents like – marriage, birth, and death certificates. Only the original certificates can be apostilled.

Additionally, medical notes and criminal record checks must also be original documents.

Generally, we produced certified copies of degree certificates and other academic documents which require a letter to confirm study. Only the original copy can be legalised in this case.

If you need to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as you realise that you need to make changes. Once we have started to process your order with the FCDO, Notary, or Embassy, we can’t make any changes. We can cancel the order, but not make changes once the process has started.
