Document Legalisation for Malaysia

Malaysia has not acceded to the 1961 Hague Apostille Convention. UK documents must pass through two separate stages:

1. UK FCDO apostille – proves the UK signature or seal.
2. Consular legalisation at the Malaysian High Commission in London adds the final stamp of approval from Malaysian authorities.

We are an FCDO-registered agent and visit the Milton Keynes apostille office every day.

For Malaysian matters, we then lodge the apostilled originals at the High Commission and return them to you once the consular stamp is ready.
