With e-Solicitor Certification

If your ACCA is a Membership Certificate with the Red Embossed Seal, no e-apostille can be issued for membership certificates.
All other ACCA certificates, copies can get an e-apostille if accepted by the overseas authorities.
A UK solicitor can only certify a PDF copy after confirming it came straight from the issuer. Please email us one of these proofs so we can verify it without delay:
Confirmation email from the issuer—the authority or author emails the document to us (or cc’s us) and states it is genuine.
Portal evidence: Give the solicitor view-only access or share a short video or screen share showing the file inside the official online account (e.g., university portal, HR system, banking, or HMRC site).
Screen recording of download—record yourself logging in and downloading the document from the original source.
The solicitor can not certify a copy if none of these are supplied.

(Also known as 'Certificate of Residence' or 'CoR')
If you have the digital PDF version emailed by HMRC, please forward the email to our office so our solicitor can electronically certify it.
Before proceeding with a digital version, please verify that the overseas authority will accept an e-apostille on a solicitor-certified copy of the digital HMRC certificate.

If you have the physical, original CoGS (officially certified by Companies House with their seal/signature), please send it to us. Our solicitor will then create and certify a digital copy for the e-Apostille.
If you ordered a digital CoGS directly from Companies House, forward us the entire email you received from them with the PDF certificate attached. Our solicitor will then certify this digital version for the e-Apostille.

To get an e-apostille, email a copy (e.g., PDF or photocopy). The solicitor can only certify the copy if the person who issued it (e.g., company director, accountant) emails us directly from their official email address.
This email must attach the copy in question and clearly state that it is a genuine copy of the original Certificate of Incumbency. We need this verification email to proceed with a copy.

If you have a PDF (digital) version, the issuing person or business must email us to verify its authenticity so our solicitor/notary can e-certify it for the e-apostille.

Please forward the email from the business that raised the invoice (PDF). The issuing company must email our solicitor or notary to verify its authenticity.
Need embassy attestation? If your invoice requires attestation by an embassy in London (after apostille), it's crucial to CONTACT US FIRST before placing your order. We'll provide specific guidance.

For an e-apostille on your ID (e.g., passport, driving licence), a solicitor certifies a copy. If processed remotely, you must participate in a video call with our solicitor. Please have your original ID ready, as they will verify your identity and the document during this call before certifying the copy for e-apostille.

IF using a digital copy/PDF, the solicitor must verify its authenticity.

Next, the solicitor or notary who initially witnessed the signing must email us directly from their official email address. The scanned document must be attached to this email to confirm its authenticity. This verification allows our solicitor to certify the PDF for the e-Apostille process.

Usually, our solicitor downloads and certifies your document(s) from the Companies House website for the e-apostille. For this, provide the company number/link in 'Order Comments' or by email.
Do you need multiple documents (3+) e-apostilled or documents bundled? Please contact us before ordering. We’ll discuss discounts and ensure the fastest way to get an apostille for your specific needs.

If you're using a digital copy/PDF that requires the e-solicitor certification, we must first verify it’s genuinely from the issuer (e.g., your bank, council, utility provider).
Please email us ONE of these proofs:
(1) An email from the issuer directly to us (or cc'ing us) confirming authenticity;
(2) Evidence from their official online portal (e.g., view-only access to your online banking, a short video, or a screen share of your utility account);
(3) A screen recording of you downloading it from the official source.
A copy can't be solicitor-certified without one of these proofs.

Please confirm that the overseas authority accepts e-apostilles for translations.
To get an e-apostille, the translator must email our solicitor/notary, attach the translation, and confirm it is their authentic work. This verification enables the electronic certification needed for the e-apostille.

To legalise your Grant of Probate, we must receive the original UK government-issued document, complete with its official holographic seal (or sticker). This specific version is essential for the apostille.

If electronically certified/notarised by an FCDO-registered UK solicitor or notary, please send us the electronically certified document. We can then proceed to get the apostille.
If the solicitor/notary is not FCDO-registered, the document must be re-certified by our FCDO-registered solicitor. Please get in touch with us BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER for guidance on this.

If the Will has been through UK probate, our solicitor can electronically certify it for an e-apostille by verifying it with the official online probate registry. Please provide the Will and any probate details you have.

If the Will has not yet been probated or isn't on the registry, other verification methods (like contacting the law firm that drafted it) are required. In this case, please CONTACT US for guidance before ordering.

Contracts can usually be processed if their authenticity is verified via email by the main signing parties (e.g., company directors). This email proof allows our solicitor to certify your contract for legalisation. The solicitor or notary may ask for further proof.

Please confirm the overseas authority accepts e-apostilles for medical notes. (fit and sick notes).
If accepted, the issuing UK doctor or medical practice must then email us directly from their official email address. This email should attach a scan/PDF of the fit/sick note and confirm its authenticity. This verification allows our solicitor to certify it for the e-apostille

If you received your Grant of Probate as a digital copy (PDF) via email directly from HMCTS (Probate Registry), this version is ideal for an e-apostille.

To proceed, please forward us the original HMCTS email with the Grant of Probate PDF attached. We can then process this for the e-apostille.

If you received your Guardianship Order as an official digital PDF via email directly from a UK court, this is ideal for an e-apostille.
Please forward us the entire email from the court, including the attached Order. Our team can then process this for the e-apostille.

For any document not specifically listed, our solicitor must first verify it with the issuing person or authority before it can be legalised.
