What is the “Restricted Urgent” service?

This service is designed for exceptional cases where same-day apostille processing is absolutely necessary.

It’s available in Milton Keynes and typically reserved for registered businesses.

However, individuals with genuine emergencies may also qualify.

How does it work?

    Pre-approval: Before submitting your documents, you must obtain pre-approval from the FCDO. This involves emailing the FCDO and explaining your urgent need for the apostille. We can assist you with this process.

    Documentation: You’ll need to provide evidence supporting your request. This could include court dates, medical letters, or documentation of an emergency situation.

    Document drop-off: Once approved, drop off your documents at our London office on a working day by 10 AM.

    Same-day processing: Your documents will be processed urgently by the FCDO.

    Document collection: We collect your apostilled documents the same day between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM from the Milton Keynes office (ready for collection in our London office around 3:30 pm the same day).

Costs:

    FCDO Fee: £100 per apostille

    Our admin fee: £80 per document

  • 3

    Courier costs: £75 per document

What qualifies as “urgent”?

The FCDO evaluates each case individually, but some common examples of urgent needs include:

  • Imminent court hearings abroad
  • Urgent medical treatment abroad
  • Family emergencies requiring travel
  • Time-sensitive business transactions

For the same-day apostille service, we also return your documents the same day. DHL dispatches couriers the same day for next-day delivery, including international deliveries.

Using a courier would not return the documents the same day.
It’s a next-day (24-hour) service.

Service guarantee:

A full apostille acceptance guarantee backs our services. Should your documents be rejected by the FCDO, we will refund your money or assist with replacing your document to get the apostille.

Exceptions: 

If the wrong documents have been apostilled. You need to ensure that you present us with the correct documents.

(*) For the apostille same-day service to be guaranteed, – if you send ready certified documents – the signature of the UK public official who signed/certified the document must be registered on the FCDO database.

We require payment in advance for all apostille orders. Our preferred form of payment is by bank transfer.
