If you need same-day service, check with us as soon as possible so that we can ensure that your documents qualify for the express apostille service.
To qualify for the premium same-day apostille service, your document(s) must be ready to be apostilled – and we must receive your documents by 10 am for the same-day service.
Ready to be apostilled means:
An individual can not get same-day apostille service themselves. A business can also no longer arrange for same-day apostille services.
The London Legalisation Office, on King Charles St, accepts submissions only from registered apostille agencies like us.
As a registered FCDO apostille agency, we can offer and deliver a same day apostille service.
The legalisation office at the FCDO accepts submissions for same-day services from 9 am to 12:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
No submissions are accepted after 12.30 pm.
Some documents must be solicitor certified or notarised, so all documents must reach our office by 10 am to qualify for the same-day service.
When posting documents to our office, use a courier service or recorded delivery. A next day service usually arrives by 9.30 am at our office.
If attending in person, ensure that you arrive at least 10 minutes before 10 am in case building security and ID checks take extra time.
The FCDO allows for the collection of documents from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm. In most cases, we collect documents for the same-day service by 3.30 pm (assuming they are ready by then), and documents are ready for collection by 4 pm.
Once we have collected the documents, we will notify you by phone or email that your documents have been posted or are ready for collection.
Same day DHL return deliveries:
For the same-day apostille service, we also return your documents the same day. DHL dispatches couriers the same day for next-day delivery, including international deliveries.
Using a courier would not return the documents the same day.

A full apostille acceptance guarantee backs our services. Should your documents be rejected by the FCDO, we will refund your money or assist with replacing your document to get the apostille.
If the wrong documents have been apostilled. You need to ensure that you present us with the correct documents.
(*) For the apostille same-day service to be guaranteed, – if you send ready certified documents – the signature of the UK public official who signed/certified the document must be registered on the FCDO database.
