We offer several convenient ways to get your documents to us and receive them back after legalisation.

Delivery options

  • In-Person: Visit our office between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Quick Drop-Off: Leave your documents at our first-floor reception between 8 AM and 5:30 PM (no appointment needed).

Return delivery options

Choose the option that best suits your needs:

  • In-Person Collection: Pick up your documents at our London office.
  • Secure Postal Service: We use trusted services like DHL or Royal Mail for reliable delivery within the UK.
    • Royal Mail Options: Choose between Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Signed For for added security and tracking.
    • UK Next Working Day Courier (DHL): For faster delivery within the UK.
    • Pre-paid Envelope: Provide your own pre-paid envelope for return shipping.
  • London Bike Courier: For urgent, same-day service within London.
  • International Return Deliveries: We offer DHL courier service and, upon request, Royal Mail or Airmail. (Additional charges apply.)

Important notes on the Postal Service:

  • Royal Mail First Class: While generally reliable, this service does not offer tracking or insurance, and delivery is not guaranteed. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Signed For.

DHL Courier Service

  • Reliable and Trackable: DHL provides secure, trackable delivery with a signature required upon receipt.
  • Delivery Flexibility: DHL offers a one-hour delivery window and options to reschedule or redirect delivery.
  • International Reach: We can deliver to most parts of the world using DHL.
  • Alternative Couriers: In cases of adverse weather or for remote areas, we may use alternative couriers to ensure timely delivery.


Delivery deadlines and timescales.

While we strive to provide accurate estimates, delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control. Please allow ample time for processing and delivery, especially for time-sensitive documents.

Local Pick-Up (London Only)

You can collect your documents in person at our central London office. If you need to pick them up outside of normal business hours (9 AM to 5 PM), please contact us to make arrangements.
