Collection from our London office. This is a free option. You can collect your documents yourself during our business hours. Alternatively, you can authorise a friend, family member, or colleague to collect them. For security, the person collecting must provide their full name (or the name the service was booked under) and the order or invoice number. 

UK delivery options. For deliveries within the UK, we use trusted services that require a signature:

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery: Guaranteed next working day delivery, tracked, and signature required.
  • Royal Mail Saturday Delivery: For delivery by 1 pm on a Saturday, tracked, and signature required.
  • DHL Next Working Day Courier: A fast, secure, and tracked service for delivery on the next working day, signature required.

 Same-day London bike courier. For urgent requirements within London, this is your fastest option. We can arrange a bike courier for same-day delivery. Please note that this service is only available for London addresses, and the cost will vary based on the specific delivery postcode.

International delivery options

  • DHL International Courier: This is our recommended service for most international deliveries due to its speed, detailed tracking, and reliability. A signature is required.
  • Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed is a more economical choice, especially for less urgent items. Tracking details and delivery times vary considerably by destination, and a signature is usually required upon receipt.

 

Important:

For all deliveries requiring a signature, please be aware that for all services that require a signature upon delivery (this includes Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Saturday Delivery, all DHL services, and most international courier options), someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package.

If no one is available to receive and sign for the item, it will typically be held by the carrier for a short period or returned to our office.

Should a document be returned to us because no one was available to sign, resending it will incur new postage charges for which you will be responsible. We strongly advise ensuring someone will be at the delivery address on the expected delivery day.

 

Using your own pre-paid envelope.

You are also welcome to provide us with a pre-paid, self-addressed envelope from your preferred courier or postal service (e.g., Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx). This gives you full control over the return method. Please ensure it has adequate postage for the weight and value of your documents and includes the level of tracking and insurance you require.
