Service delivery times:
We strive to process documents within the advertised turnaround times.
However, we cannot guarantee these timeframes under the following circumstances:
Documents are received after 10:00 a.m. on the order start date.
The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) raises queries about a solicitor or UK public official’s signature.
Delays occur outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, transportation issues, force majeure events, public holidays at the FCDO or Embassies, or technical issues with their processing systems.
Commitment to timely processing:
We always process documents as soon as they are received and ship them immediately upon completion. DHL collects from our office daily, and we use Royal Mail’s daily services. In rare cases where documents are delayed due to third-party vendors (such as the FCDO or Embassies), we may need to ship the following day. Please note that any delays are caused by these external factors and not by our office.
For urgent needs, you can collect documents in person from our office between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
Return delivery times:
Once your documents are processed, delivery times depend on third-party courier and postal services. London Apostille Service Limited is not liable for delays, losses, or misplacement of documents during transit.
Third-party vendors:
Our services rely on external parties like the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO), Notary’s, Solicitors and Consulates/Embassies. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by these vendors.
Liability:
London Apostille Service Limited’s liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for our services, excluding disbursements.
We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity.
We do not accept liability for instances where:
The client provides incorrect instructions.
The receiving party in the destination country changes their requirements.
Documents are rejected by the FCDO or Consulate/Embassy (additional fees may apply for resubmission).

Please be aware that customs clearance, local regulations in your country, and DHL shipping processes are outside of our control and may cause delays.
While we use DHL’s Express service, next business day delivery is standard for the UK and most of Europe. However, guarantees may not apply to remote locations.
