How it works:

To qualify for the premium same day apostille service, your document(s) must be ready to be apostilled – and we must receive your documents by 10 am for the same-day service.

Ready to be apostilled means that documents do not need solicitor certification or notarisation – or have already been certified. Below is a list of example documents that qualify for the emergency apostille service.

Document(s) are taken and collected in person to the FCDO, which is only 10 minutes from our office. (we do not use couriers like our competitors).

We will call or email you when the documents are ready for collection around 3 PM on the same day at our office.

If the wrong documents have been apostilled. You need to ensure that you present us with the correct documents.

(*) For the apostille same-day service to be guaranteed, – if you send ready certified documents – the signature of the UK public official who signed/certified the document must be registered on the FCDO database.

Payment options:

We prefer payment via bank transfer. If you prefer online payments or PayPal, I will send you an online/PayPal invoice for the amount + transfer fee via email so you can make a secure online payment with a debit/credit card.
