Here’s how our next-day legalisation service works:
To use our fast apostille service, ensure your documents are originals and don’t need further certification (like birth certificates or ACRO police certificates) and arrive by 10 AM.
We’ll process your order quickly and take your documents to the FCDO in Milton Keynes for express apostille processing.
Your apostilled documents will be ready for collection the following day around 3:30 PM, or we can return them to you via courier.
Important Notes:
Documents that need solicitor certification must arrive by 9:30 am.
Documents that need notarisation do not qualify for next-day service unless already notarised by an FCDO-registered notary.

Service guarantee
A full apostille acceptance guarantee backs our services. Should your documents be rejected by the FCDO, we will refund your money or assist with resubmitting your document to get the apostille.
Exceptions:
If the wrong documents have been apostilled. You need to ensure that you present us with the correct documents.
(*) For the apostille next-day service to be guaranteed, – if you send ready certified documents – the signature of the UK public official who signed/certified the document must be registered on the FCDO database.
The UK official’s signature or seal must be registered in the FCDO database to qualify for apostille certification. If it isn’t, the FCDO will not issue an apostille certificate!
Payment options:
We prefer payment via bank transfer. If you prefer online payments or PayPal, I will send you an online/PayPal invoice for the amount + transfer fee via email so you can make a secure online payment with a debit/credit card.
Refunds
Your payment is 100% refundable after paying for your order, but only if your document(s) have not yet been processed with an apostille, authentication, translation, solicitor or notary public service and no shipping labels have been utilised.
