Postal Service
Royal Mail.
Royal Mail is usually a reliable service, with documents arriving without any issues. However, it is essential to recognise Royal Mail’s first-class service limitations.
One: Your documents cannot be tracked
Two: Your documents are not insured for loss or damage
Three: The delivery of your documents is not guaranteed
Royal Mail first class post deliveries take around 2-3 days.
Should you choose to have your documents returned with Royal Mail, we need you to acknowledge the risk of using Royal Mails’ first-class service.
Deliveries
DHL Courier Service.
A signature will be required on receipt of the documents.
If you cannot supply an alternative address, your package will be held at the local DHL depot. The courier representative will call you directly to make alternative arrangements for either redirection or collection.
It would be best if you chose to have the delivery made at either your workplace, employer’s address, another business, a family member, or even a friend.
If you live near one of our central London office, you could collect the documents in person (by appointment only).
We don’t have to return the document to your home address. However, most customers choose to have the returns sent to their work addresses to avoid missing a courier service when needed.
We will deliver your documents to any part of the world. This is a great option, especially for people who wish to send their documents to a specific authority oversees who have requested the apostille from them.
DHL courier service aims to predict the delivery time. They provide a one-hour delivery window that’s based on the anticipated route.
The courier will also allow you the opportunity to change the date of delivery, and you can request the item to be delivered to a neighbour, or it could be left in a safe place so you can collect it from the local depot later.
This doesn’t cover remote areas or the Northern Ireland and Scottish highland.
In such cases, the Royal Mail Special Delivery will be used. It usually has limited delivery options, but nothing to worry about is also very secure.
In case of adverse weather conditions, we can use alternative couriers to ensure fast delivery for you.
But, we cannot guarantee that the courier used will provide all of these features as DHL.

Preparation
Delivery Deadlines and Timescales.
When we provide a delivery timescale, consider this as an estimate and does not guarantee that the actual delivery will be made on that day or time.
Sometimes the actual times will depend on the location, regional differences such as public holidays, and access to remote areas. Some of these may cause unforeseen delays.
We usually try to be as realistic as possible with estimated delivery times, and they tend to be accurate in most cases.
However, it is always wise to expect the delivery to take a little longer than planned.
This is because we work with third parties such as embassies, couriers, and solicitors to ensure your documents are processed and delivered.
To be on the safe side, it would be best if you send the documents to us in good time so we can complete the process on time and send them.
We cannot accept the delayed completion and delivery consequences, and we do not guarantee completion dates.
